These terms describe the public browser demonstration, the separate local Cafe Replenishment application and their practical limits.本条款说明公开浏览器演示、另行安装的本机应用及它们的实际使用范围。

1. Intended use1. 使用目的

Cafe Replenishment is an independently maintained software demonstration for forecasting café demand, reviewing replenishment quantities and preparing supplier drafts. It currently uses synthetic demonstration sales and stock records. The public demo stores simulated state in this browser and generates downloadable drafts. It is not a validated production inventory, accounting or purchasing service. Do not use it as the only record for real business operations.本项目用于演示咖啡店需求预测、补货核对与供应商草稿。公开演示使用模拟销量和库存，资料保存在当前浏览器，不是经过验证的生产库存、会计或采购服务，不应作为真实经营的唯一记录。

2. Owner review and purchasing2. 人工核对与采购

The owner is responsible for verifying stock counts, recipes, units, pack sizes, supplier details, prices, delivery arrangements and expiry dates before purchasing. Forecasts, weather context and holiday effects are estimates. They do not guarantee future demand, ingredient availability, cost savings or business outcomes.操作者在采购前需核对实际库存、配方、单位、包装、供应商、价格、配送和效期。预测、天气及假日影响都是估算，不保证未来需求、供应、节约或经营效果。

In the public demo, approving a list creates browser-local simulated procurement records and downloadable supplier drafts. It does not create a shared shop order or contact a supplier. In the separate installed application, approving a list creates local procurement records and supplier drafts. Saving to Gmail creates a draft, not a supplier order or payment. Opening a WhatsApp prefilled link does not establish that a message was sent or a supplier accepted an order.公开演示批准后只生成本浏览器的模拟采购记录和可下载草稿，不联系供应商或建立共享订单。另行安装的本机应用有独立采购记录；保存 Gmail 草稿不是下单或付款，打开 WhatsApp 预填链接也不代表已经发送或被接受。

3. Accounts, credentials and services3. 账户、凭据和服务

Use only accounts and service credentials you are authorized to use. The application’s Google connection is optional and requires your consent. You are responsible for access to the local computer and workbench and for protecting service credentials. Never publish access tokens, refresh tokens, client secrets or the private runtime directory.只使用有权使用的账户与凭据。本机应用的 Google 连接需要你同意；你需保护本机电脑、工作台及凭据，禁止公开令牌、客户端密钥或运行目录。

Google, Runpod, weather and messaging services may have their own terms, quotas, availability limits and fees. Optional Runpod inference may incur charges. This website does not purchase domains, compute capacity, ingredients or supplier services on your behalf.第三方服务可能有独立条款、配额、可用性及费用；本机可选 Runpod 推理可能收费。网站不会代你购买域名、算力、食材或供应商服务。

4. Availability and limitations4. 可用性与限制

The demonstration is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted service, forecast accuracy or suitability for a particular shop. Review outputs before relying on them. Local scheduled checks require the application’s server to remain running. A website deployment or Gmail connection does not itself validate the forecasting model.演示按现状提供，不承诺持续可用、预测准确或适合某家门店。使用前请核对；本机定时功能需要服务器在线。网站上线或连接 Gmail 不代表预测模型已通过真实验证。

5. Privacy and access control5. 隐私与访问控制

Read the privacy policy before connecting Google or another service. The public demo is separate from the local owner workbench and does not access its inventory, approval records or OAuth credentials. Demo state is specific to a browser profile; reset it before another person uses the same profile if you do not want them to see your demonstration. Do not use the application to access another person’s account without permission, evade service restrictions or send unwanted messages. The project may change or discontinue features. These terms do not override rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.不得未经同意访问他人账户、规避服务限制或发送不受欢迎的信息。功能可能变更或停止；条款不排除法律不得排除的权利和义务。
